This was one of the first Wework projects by Mi2 in HongKong.  The main challenge was to convert this 30+ year office building, located adjacent to the Taikoo Shing in Hong Kong, into a modern co-working workplace encompassing the latest technologies.  As one may know, the pace of Wework has always been fast and in Hong Kong, this pace seems to be even faster.  Mi2 worked closely with the client and the landlord to fit out the co-working space with the latest concept as well as upgrade key MEP systems during the 60 days construction period.
