岗位职责

品牌管理

Responsibilities

Brand management

·         Generate conceptual design solutions and manage the entire design process from conceptualization to project completion.

·         Drive designs which are innovative and meet all Company Standard Design.

·         Deep market knowledge in selection of furniture systems, specifications, carpets, lighting and other relevant areas.

·         Update and amend approved changes to Company Design Standards on a regular basis.

Resource Management

·         Co-ordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved in the Architecture design process.

·         Oversee, monitor the established design schedule and progress of work of colleagues across all offices.

·         Supervise the development of 3D rendering and construction drawings to be submitted to clients.

·         Monitor and assess the performance of designers across all offices.

Innovation & Collaboration

·         Support technical improvements both in the design as well as the process we use to document our design, by working alongside Technical & Design teams.

·         Be a key member in the definition of Mi2 future design direction by working collaboratively across all teams.

·         Champion innovative thinking and push technology to improve our product and processes, always.

·         Keep abreast of development in the fit out industry (office, retail and other relevant industries and apply new ideas and concept accordingly.

·         Build up and maintain a reference library on designs, new products, technical specifications, materials, etc.

Documentation & Follow Up

·         Review and comment on drawings and tender documents and liaise with relevant departments to address delays and challenges.

·         Ensure all design related matters are executed on time, progress and comments for rectifications and improvements are documented.

·         Conduct site visits to ensure that approved designs, standards and quality are met and any deviations are documented.

·         Provide solutions for rectification and improvement program.

Representation

·         Represent company in relevant meetings; tender, follow up, weekly or ad-hoc presentations.

·         Travel across the region is required.

Requirements

·         Professional qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design or related field, BA or above.

·         AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp skills are essential; PowerPoint, InDesign and 3D max preferred but not crucial.

·         Ideally candidates should have minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design field.

·         English fluency preferred.

工作职责

·         协助项目的前期沟通与洽谈。

·         协助主案设计师对项目进行跟踪和监督及装修施工质量管理;

·         室内设计、环境艺术设计、建筑学等相关专业,大专以上学历,相关工作五年以上经验。

·         想象力丰富、富有创意、设计思维活跃、思维清晰、熟练掌握各种室内设计表现风格。

·         熟练使用Sketch up, Enscape, 3Dmax, Photoshop, AutoCADPS等相关设计软件;

 Government Submission Specialist (Beijing)

 

工作职责

·         与相关政府部门沟通,办理工程立项手续。

·         根据工程项目进度,负责完成项目前期、建设、验收阶段所需政府部门审批的报批、报建及配套工程手续。

·         负责各类资质证件的申办、变更、延期、年审工作、各项目合同管理工作。

·         负责公司所涉及各类指定系统的注册及运行维护工作。

·         负责各类人员证件管理、延期、注册、调动等。

·         协助分公司所在地区的项目备案、ISO认证及诚信手册等的跟进。

·         管理现场的安全文明施工,协助项目经理完成现场安全的管控。

任职要求

·         建筑工程、管理、预算等相关专业,专科及以上学历,有安全员证者优先;

·         3年以上室内装饰报审的相关工作经验。

·         熟悉室内装饰工程流程以及报审、报建各项手续的审批程序。

Responsibilities

工作职责

·         负责室内装饰项目的售后服务相关疑难杂症问题的解决及组织协调相关工作。

·         负责及时协调和解决维修过程中出现的专业技术问题,并督促推进维保款项的催收等工作。

·         负责售后维修部负责项目的项目现场管理的指导、监督、检查业务管理等相关工作,并及时协调和处理与甲方及其他第三方在项目运维过程中的工作衔接问题。

·         负责带领公司团队定期走访重要客户,持续发掘新的客户,并保证所管项目的正常运行。
